As System Owner at NENT, you will have the technical responsibility for the HR-related systems to ensure successful operations and processes. You will play a central role and be an important link between super users of the systems and vendors as well as system developers. You will also be a part of our Atlassian team where you will be configuring and optimizing workflows in our issue management system Jira.
The challenge ahead
You will use your expertise to create and maintain a system set up that meets the requirements of today as well as understand how the systems can be used to cater for tomorrow in an ever-changing world. Some of your daily challenges will include:
- Taking a leading position in ensuring the development of the systems.
- Support internal customers regarding the systems to ensure effective use within the organization.
- Support other systems and/or technical projects within NENT.
- Contact with super users of the systems to understand their needs.
- Manage change requests.
- Requirements analysis, gathering and support to ensure the actual, underlying system needs are identified and documented.
In addition, you will be one of the key drivers in our on- and off-boarding project working closely with our HR department. The project aims to secure the on- and off-boarding for employees within NENT Group on a global level. Jira together with the Insight app and our HR system (Cezanne HR) will be the main systems for these processes.
What we are looking for
To succeed in this position, we believe that you have several years of experience working as a technical System Owner. If you have worked with HR-related systems or are familiar with general HR processes - we would be really happy! Since the role in several aspects will require great communication skills, you need to be comfortable with communicating with stakeholders in the organisation.
Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:
- Relevant technical skills to understand system setups and solution architecture.
- Previous experience as a Jira administrator.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- As a person, you are an open-minded, structured, proactive problem-solver that feel as comfortable discussing requirements with key stakeholders as solving complex issues.
