About the project: 

This person will be overseeing system monitoring, incident resolution, and log management. This role involves collecting data, adhering to audit processes, and executing operations based on established procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience with Unix-like systems, data network administration, SQL, and Oracle, and will need strong technical English skills for effective communication. 

You will be able to: 

  • Monitor the availability and operation of systems. 
  • Resolve and follow up on incidents. 
  • Manage alarms and logs. 
  • Collect information and follow audit processes. 
  • Coordinate and execute operations based on written procedures. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field. 
  • Basic knowledge operating Unix or other operating systems 
  • Familiarity with SQL. 
  • Familiarity with Oracle user-lever. 
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
