About the project: 

This role is a leadership position in our Salesforce Practice that incorporates both technical and operational responsibilities. Our Salesforce Tech Lead plays an important role in ensuring delivery capability and quality, generating confidence and working alongside operations leadership to open and grow new client relationships. This role will be able to contribute directly to the growth and definition of the strategy for our Salesforce Practice, and will be able to take on more leadership responsibilities as they and the practices grows 

You will be able to: 

  • Ensure delivery in accordance with the agreed timeline, strong solution functionality, and adherence to coding standards. 
  • Participate in periodic evaluation of team members and facilitate continual improvement by providing constructive feedback. 
  • Collaborate in the development of technological strategies, team training, and career growth initiatives. 
  • Serve as a reference for team members on both technical issues, product definition and matters of project organization. 
  • Keep up to date on the topics related to your projects and Salesforce releases and share knowledge with the rest of the team. 
  • Act as a key point of contact for client stake-holders for technical expertise and solution design consulting. 
  • Participate in the talent selection process and make recommendations for hiring decisions. 
  • Mentor junior developers through their training program and help form a technically proficient, professional team of consultants. 
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and continual improvement of internal processes. 
  • Work alongside operations and commercial leadership to identify key accounts and propose areas for potential growth. 
  • Support commercial & marketing initiatives including content generation, offering design, and proposal development. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 6+ Years of experience working with Salesforce. 
  • 3+ Years of experience working with CI/CD tools, Package deployments, and Change Set. 
  • 3+ Years of experience working with architecture development. 
  • 2+ Years of experience working in a Leadership position. 
  • Experience in Process Builders, Workflow Rules, and Flows. 
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components development. 
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
