About the project:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will collaborate closely with project leaders and clients to analyze, design, and oversee the development of Salesforce implementations in accordance with stakeholder specifications. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into programmatic and/or declarative solutions following best practices. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, a Senior Salesforce Developer proactively offers suggestions and enhances processes
You will be able to:
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and web development best practices.
- Participate in technical design of Salesforce Experience Cloud features.
- Write technical solution documentation detailing technical approach and how it achieves the business objectives.
- You will be required to configure the solution within the Salesforce platform and perform custom development to achieve the desired user design, experience, and functionality.
- Develop, test, and document development, integrations, and data migration elements.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
- Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
- Continuous learning of new technical and product capabilities from Salesforce, inclusive of keeping apprised of updates in each release as well as industry best practices with web development.
- Play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, customize user interfaces, and integrate third-party applications to deliver seamless experiences for our clients.
- Customize user interfaces to meet client requirements and enhance user experience.
- Integrate third-party applications and systems with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce.
- 2+ Years of experience working with LWC.
- 2+ Years of experience working with Cloud Implementations.
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
- JavaScript Developer Certification
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
