About the project: 

As a CPQ Salesforce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in deploying the Salesforce CPQ platforms and programs. This role includes significant client engagement and leadership to complete projects and utilize Salesforce CPQ technology. 

You will be able to: 

  1. Lead:
  • Lead cross-functional agile teams, providing direction and support to ensure the successful execution of Salesforce CPQ projects promoting good practices. 
  • Cultivate and manage strong client relationships, actively managing expectations and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. 
  1. Estimate and plan:
  • Participate in product definition and guide clients by offering added-value ideas. in relation to Salesforce CPQ. 
  • Assist in creating project plans and timelines, outlining the steps required for successful Salesforce CPQ implementation. 
  1. Control Quality
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on how Salesforce CPQ functionality can best align with and support clients' business goals. 
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards throughout the Salesforce CPQ implementation process. 
  • Ensure the delivered Salesforce CPQ solutions meet high-quality standards. 
  1. Configure Solutions
  • Play a hands-on role in configuring, customizing, and integrating Salesforce CPQ solutions. 
  • Develop new features either by using declarative or programming tools. 
  • Set up Products, Price Books, and Price Book Entries 
  • Configure bundles (Features, Options, Option Constraints, Configuration Attributes) and Product Rules. 
  1. Train Users
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CPQ, offering advice and guidance to clients on optimizing their CPQ solutions. 
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable insights. 
  •  Provide mentorship to team members and conduct demos. 

What will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce. 
  • 3+ Years of experience working in Salesforce CPQ implementations. 
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Salesforce as a Consultant/Admin. 
  • Salesforce Certifications 
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification 
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
