About the project:
As we are growing, we are looking to add more players to our team. If you are a passionate Serion Scrum Master looking to join a Customer Experience Agency that boosts digital experiences through technology for multinational companies worldwide, this is an amazing opportunity for you!
You will be responsible for working to gather and understand the client's unique business requirements and to develop and build customized solutions to meet their technical needs. You will be part of a great team of developers that seeks to make an impact on our clients' business through what we do best: create creative, professional and dynamic websites.
You will be able to:
- Manage each project’s scope and timeline.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders).
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
- Help teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
- Help build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
What will help you succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ Years of experience working with Scrum Master.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
