About the project:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. 

You will be responsible for overseeing the production of deliverables, managing and running complex enterprise projects, ensuring timely closeout of requirements and projects, providing timely status updates to the clients, and working closely with various technical and non-technical team members.

You will be able to:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, meticulously defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Devise efficient and effective strategies to attain project goals.
  • Ensure seamless alignment of teams with project objectives and deadlines, fostering a collaborative and synchronized work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering open and transparent communication to consistently meet their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions to project progress.
  • Uphold and monitor project quality standards, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Organize Sprints and help solutions.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders, meticulously keeping project documentation up to date.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management capabilities within the organization.
  • Define methodologies for the team, managing necessary tools for implementation.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, motivating teams to achieve project objectives while demonstrating service excellence.
  • Accompany the team throughout the project lifecycle, identifying and preventing opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct reviews, monitor progress, and report developments to the client, identifying key risks.
  • Participate in, coordinate, and articulate with various departments involved in current and upcoming projects.
  • Schedule, manage, and lead survey and follow-up meetings with clients, documenting the collected information.
  • Facilitate ongoing communication within the team and ensure successful project completion.

What will help you succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience working with Project Management.
  • 2+ Years of experience working with Salesforce.
  • 1+ Years of experience working with Jira. 
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
