As a Client Principal you will be responsible for:
- Hunting for New Business: Identify and prioritize high-potential targets within the Fortune 2000.
- Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with CxO, VP, and Director-level executives.
- Crafting Winning Solutions: Tailor Nearform's services to address client needs, collaborating closely with delivery teams.
- Driving Sales: Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.
- Transitioning Clients: Successfully transition new client relationships and engagements to the existing client engagement team for ongoing management and growth.
- Maximizing Value: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase account value.
Essential Skills
- 7+ years of experience in B2B tech professional services, with a focus on custom software development and digital product design.
- Proven track record of hunting for new business and acquiring net new logos.
- Deep understanding of the digital product lifecycle, excelling in clearly translating its benefits to foster long-term relationships built on value.
- Commercial Acumen and Client Passion: Demonstrates strong commercial acumen and a passion for creating, selling, and delivering technology consulting services. Understands client needs for both immediate deals and long-term relationships.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Large and Scalable Org Adaptability: Thrives in large and scalable organizations, showcasing adaptability in fast-paced environments. Contributes positively to team culture with energy, empathy, and collaboration.
- Travel Ready for Strong Relationships (25% - 50%): Willingly embraces travel, averaging 25% for essential face-to-face interactions, with flexibility up to 50% during peak periods. Recognizes the pivotal role these engagements play in fortifying lasting relationships.
- Base Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Uncapped Commission: A lucrative commission structure based on revenue generated from sales.
- Eligibility for Share Options: Participate in NearForm's success through our employee share option program.
