As Neara's Customer Success Manager you will join our European team to manage our client in Greece. Greece has become growingly important for our business so the person coming into this role will be a key driver for our continued success in this market. You will help our client to efficiently use and gain the most relevant insights out of the Neara platform and provide a key role in the adoption, onboarding and scaling of our platform with our clients. This will be a remote role to primarily support our Greek clients, although your role will collaborate closely with the delivery team and Europe’s Managing Director to achieve the best results for Neara and the client. 

You will also interact with our Australian and US teams (product, sales and development teams). We are very transparent and the communication lines are open regardless of role or level, allowing us to get things done quickly, keeping in mind quality standards at all times. We see this as a hybrid role where you will not only actively manage the client relationship, you will also in part project manage the delivery process.

Some of the things you will contribute to (not all at once):

  • Directly manage the client across different stakeholder groups and seniority
  • Be the main point of contact for any questions, support and training queries from the client
  • You will successfully scale the client commercially and grow both the relationship and revenue
  • Develop new client relationships in the Greek market (ie. beyond our existing client base)
  • Consult deeply with the client on their challenges and how our platform can support them
  • Support with configuring projects, ensuring the integration of our system for utility/geospatial clients
  • Provide input to our delivery team and help build reports and dashboards for effective data analytics and tracking, ensure Neara’s system is adapted to client’s requirements
  • Project Manage the delivery process and any client requirements
  • Supporting efficient workflows for delivery projects with focus on automation, ensuring efficient handling of large datasets
  • Identify and prioritize improvements that would enhance the project’s speed by partnering with engineering and product teams

Some attributes we highly regard:

  • Experience in GIS/CAD geoprocessing and / or LiDAR
  • Proven experience of system implementations, integrations, technical project delivery
  • Interested in spatial reasoning and working with 2D / 3D data, essential for our advanced spatial functions
  • A passion for the electric utility industry and playing an important role in the energy transition
  • Experience with Python/other scripting languages or handling ETL engine workflows
  • Experience with databases, proficiency in logical, lookup and reference functions

You will need to have:

  • A degree qualification
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Experience having worked with a cloud-based software solution
  • Experience with directly managing and scaling large clients
