We're seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who can successfully manage multiple (5+) hiring processes at the same time. Optimizing for the candidate experience is your #1 priority, and you love doing it. You'll work closely with external recruiters and team members to ensure the candidates are progressing through the interview process quickly and are having a positive experience. You'll also need to understand team needs and conduct the initial filtering of candidates and resumes.
You should be highly process-oriented and comfortable managing multiple open hiring processes for technical and non-technical roles. Exceptional candidates are familiar with the blockchain and crypto landscape. You MUST have previous recruiting coordination experience in tech.
This is a remote contracted position.
- Schedule and maintain open interview processes
- Create job descriptions as needed.
- Conduct initial candidate resume review and phone screens.
- 2+ years in startup environments working in recruiting coordination
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- A warm and professional "bedside manner" with candidates as they go through the process.
