NCSOFT is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help drive paid user acquisition across all mobile titles. The ideal person for this role has experience managing large-scale, performance-based campaigns and the desire to push NCSOFT’s mobile business to the top of the industry.


  • Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels
  • Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Investment (ROI) 
  • Drive A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams
  • Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
  • Foster new and current relationships with advertising partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions for user acquisition
  • Communicate clearly to management, the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives
  • Be proactive; stay on top of industry trends and best practices


  • BA or BS degree, preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • 2 - 4 years experience in performance-based acquisition role
  • Deep understanding of the mobile user acquisition ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience in Facebook/Adwords/Ad Network acquisition
  • Familiarity with KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPDAU and LTV
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint


  • Passion for mobile games
  • Experience with SQL and/or Python (or desire to learn)
  • Experience with analytics tools like Tableau
  • Experience with Influencer marketing
