Role Overview

As the Hospitality Operations Specialist within Naya Homes' Central Operations Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of our company. Your primary focus will be on streamlining internal processes to ensure the seamless management of property maintenance and housekeeping operations. With a keen eye for quality, you'll implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold high standards in property condition and cleanliness, ensuring the satisfaction of both guests and property owners.

Responsibilities will certainly evolve, but early work can look like

  • Develop and streamline internal processes to ensure efficient property maintenance and housekeeping operations
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational effectiveness throughout our market portfolio
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of property assets and reduce long-term costs
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in property condition and cleanliness
  • Regularly assess and audit property performance
  • Create frameworks to ensure properties are cleaned to high standards before guest arrivals and after departures
  • Establish partnerships with reliable contractors and service providers

  • Proven experience in streamlining processes and managing hospitality operations
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards
  • Proficiency in project management and vendor partnerships
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
