Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $22.50+ Depending on experience
SUMMARY
The Site Coordinator is responsible for all communications (external & Inter-departmental), site engagement, and administrative duties for Nature’s Bakery and Site Leadership. The Site Coordinator also plans, organizes, and coordinates programs, events, & committees for Nature’s Bakery, in addition to assistance of new hire onboarding, completing I-9 forms, and other HR admin tasks. The role also manages a budget ensuring expenses for site are within targets. The position works closely with HR and all Leadership Teams within Nature’s Bakery and will be responsible for the organization and structure of multi-departmental projects and campaigns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Communicating key information, deadlines, and accomplishments to the Team Members of Nature’s Bakery.
· Coordinates all site events and programs to include recognition, town halls, established committees, and leadership meetings.
· Responsible for the coordination and execution of all administrative duties associated with scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, making travel arrangements, event planning, and booking appointments.
· Locating and obtaining vendors to support operations within Nature’s Bakery sites.
· Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all office supplies for the site.
· Assist Managers in guaranteeing that all activities performed are in alignment with Nature’s Bakery Core Values.
· Responsible for the sites Purchase Order program from issuance to closure of PO’s, communication to and from Leadership Team to ensure deadlines are being met. The position will work closely with the Accounts Payable department for guidance on deadlines.
· Support the onboarding process by assisting with employee orientation sessions, providing new hires with necessary information and resources.
· Ensure accurate completion and maintenance of I-9 forms for all new hires, verifying eligibility for employment in accordance with federal regulations.
· Manage the issuance and deactivation of employee identification badges, ensuring secure access to facility.
· Compile and pull employee reports as requested, maintaining up-to-date records for HR metrics and compliance purposes.
· Upload and organize employee files in the HR system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and easily accessible.
· Provide general HR support to employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Attend leadership Team meetings and assist in record keeping of agenda, action items, deadlines, and meeting communications.
· Facilitate additional training for team members in areas that pertain to Nature’s Bakery resources.
· Greeting and engaging all visitors, vendors, and other groups of stakeholders visiting Nature’s Bakery sites.
