National Access Cannabis (NAC) is a unique health care service provider that specializes in prescribing medical cannabis and provides members with ongoing education and care. We work alongside Health Canada and licensed producers to help qualifying patients gain access to their license, as well as provide resources and support on using medical cannabis in their day-to-day routine. NAC has developed a strong history of effectively delivering secure, safe, and responsible access to legal cannabis for thousands of Canadian patients and our business model will be effectively replicated for the recreational cannabis retail space with a new brand, Meta Cannabis Supply Co (META™).

What you bring: 

  • Some post high school education in real estate or law is a distinct asset
  • Ability to process competing priorities
  • Knowledge of the Cannabis industry (or similar regulated industry) is an asset
  • Dynamic, energetic & results-driven with a sense of urgency. Action orientated.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to superb execution
  • Outstanding people management skills, with the ability communicate across the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills

What you will be doing

  • Scanning and proofreading various documents before dissemination
  • Administering an effective paper and electronic records management system
  • Working within established policies, best practices, and legislative requirements.
  • Performing quality checks to ensure that standards are being met.
  • Assisting with implementing and managing records management component of the business continuity plan to protect the organization's vital records and information assets
  • Assisting with search notices on development websites
  • Assisting with devising and ensuring the implementation of retention and disposal schedules
  • Undertaking records audits, as required
  • Managing the changeover from paper to electronic storage management systems, where appropriate
