Join a growing company and expanding industry! NAC is currently looking to hire a Clinic Assistant. who will play a key role in the support of our clients in the medical cannabis business in Canada.
The Clinic Assistant will be part of a team operating under the National Access Cannabis’ Medical (NACM) umbrella. Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for handling patient flow by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments and maintaining records and accounts. The incumbent will also provide information regarding NACM services and ensure a friendly and welcoming patient experience. .
This role works closely across our clinical team.
Act as National Access Cannabis ambassador to provide a First Class experience for all guests that visit or contact NAC clinic or Management Office
Answer all phone calls coming into the management office, with a full understanding of inquires regarding Guest Services and other areas including the names of the management team
Provide administrative support
Oversee courier deliveries and track usage
Ensure main clinic area is presentable and inviting at all times
Other tasks as assigned by the clinic or senior management team
