The Ecommerce Manager will have experience carrying awesome ideas from conception through execution and have deep knowledge about the current cannabis market.

National Access Cannabis is currently growing and doing big things, so this person needs to be able to keep up and adapt and evolve as the market does.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with priority e-Commerce customers in order to strengthen brand loyalty
  • Support the growth of the company’s e-Commerce team to meet the needs of our business and our customers
  • Ensure we’re leveraging Online Sales Portals features and functionality effectively to maximize opportunities to drive results
  • Achieve sales and margin targets by implementing technical and non-technical strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, revenue, and profitability.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to plan and manage integrated sales campaigns using email, social media, and other communication channels to drive sales while continuously tracking and improving.
  • Use data analytics to track performance towards goals and benchmarks while also identifying opportunities for business development across segments of the company.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of online platforms, including working with the development team to trouble shoot any errors, manage updates and coordinate new features and functionality
  • Support the ongoing development and execution of the company's CRM strategy across digital platforms, leveraging data to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain effective lines of communication with our IT, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure brand and messaging alignment.
  • Drive site personalization and segmentation strategy to create a relevant, value-added, personal, and engaging customer experience.

 SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role
  • Online Sales Portal expert with direct experience leveraging enterprise solutions
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid business writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a high performing culture open to and comfortable with constantly evolving priorities and new challenges
  • Proven experience analyzing and applying online consumer data to bolster sales and attract new customers
  • Proven experience with e-commerce, search, display, affiliate, mobile, programmatic, social and email growth channels
  • Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must have the ability to lead and drive sales strategies, techniques, tactics and vision

 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role, or combination of both
  • Knowledge of the emerging cannabis industry would be considered an asset.
  • Track record building effective online stores and a variety of e-Commerce platforms
