We are currently looking for energetic, curious, charismatic and collaborative individuals to join our team. We are looking for Team Leader/Key Holders and Retail Sales Associates for our retail store in Morden, Manitoba.

Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, you will support the store leadership team in all store functions to ensure operational efficiency, a superior customer experience, and create the META experience that makes us different and unique.

If you have:

  • Demonstrated customer service expertise, from a retail or hospitality experience.
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
  • Flexible working schedules.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Passion for customer service excellence.
  • Proven experience working with luxury brands is an asset
  • Interest in cannabis and/or interest in learning and developing expertise in cannabis.

What you will be doing:

  • Welcoming customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
  • Directing customers, escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
  • Advising customers by providing information on products.
  • Helping customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions
  • Documenting sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
  • Taking payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or credit cards.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
