We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruiter/Office Administrator. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations and supporting our talent acquisition efforts. What this job involves:

Recruiter

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract high-caliber candidates, including social media, networking events, job fairs, and other innovative approaches.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with Nas Daily.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating the offer and onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.

Office Administrator

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, supplies, and equipment.
  • Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships to optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing support and necessary resources.
  • Maintain and update office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Address and resolve office-related issues promptly and proactively.
  • Implement and maintain effective communication systems within the office.
  • Collaborate with HR on personnel matters, such as timekeeping, attendance, and employee records.
