Narvar is growing! We are looking for an Agency Program Manager to support a portfolio of digital agencies and system integrators. These service providers are an increasingly critical component of our growth strategy because they accelerate adoption of our platform and drive ROI for our mutual clients. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about the ecommerce supply chain, retail ecosystem, startup culture and partnership enablement. Success in this role will hinge upon your project management capabilities, organizational expertise, and ability to ensure agency partners are servicing customers at least as well as Narvar’s own team.


  • Onboard and manage strategic partners that can help with successful implementations and support ongoing client success of the Narvar product suite
  • Liaise with Narvar’s Customer Engineers(Professional Services) and the Engineering teams to get the required help for the Agency/SI partners
  • Implement tools and create processes for partner success 
  • Coordinate with Partnerships and Professional Services on pipeline and operations
  • Iterate on certification program for agencies and system integrators, and support certified partners to optimize productivity 
  • Conduct regular check-ins for pipeline planning, and implementations 
  • Conduct quarterly CSAT/NPS reviews with the partners to drive progress against joint implementations, while providing feedback on continuous improvements
  • Ensure agencies are staying current on product features and releases; keep documentation up to date
  • Manage the post sales operations to work with Account Executives, Solution Engineers and provide the relevant support to the Agencies and System Integrators in managing the clients requirements(out of box and customizations)
  • Manage the SOW and financial transactions with the agencies
  • Go greenfield - ready to explore, innovate and apply the best practices to Agency Narvar relationships.

What we are looking for

  • 7+ years working with digital agencies, full stack dev shops, and system integrators as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Solution Delivery Manager, Partner Manager, Technical Partner Manager
  • 3+ years experience within the retail tech industry, ideally at a SaaS start-up or scale-up
  • Candidates with technology hands on experience will be given preference
  • Self-starter and creative problem-solver with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a collaborative, fast paced, team-first culture
  • Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to understand first-hand the challenges experienced by partners and internal teams as part of scaling our Agency business
  • Working experience with System Integrators or Agencies that serve the major eCommerce platforms, e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite, Shopify, Magento, Big Commerce
