Narvar is growing! We are looking for an Agency Partner Manager to develop and nurture a portfolio of digital agencies and system integrators.  These service providers are an increasingly critical component of our growth strategy because they accelerate adoption of our platform and drive ROI for our mutual clients.  You will shape the way Narvar goes to market with these partners to jointly serve client needs. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about the ecommerce and supply chain ecosystem, startup culture and partnership enablement. Success in this role will hinge upon your ability to balance the needs of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring there is a mutual exchange of value between Narvar and our Agency partners.

Day-to-day

  • Identify and manage strategic agency partners that can help with successful implementations and support ongoing client success
  • Ensure that agency partners are equipped to generate pipeline for Narvar by recommending and/or reselling Narvar solutions to relevant prospects), and that inbound leads are converting to achieve revenue targets
  • Coordinate with Sales to monitor late stage pipeline by product and segment to ensure qualified agencies have a predictable flow of projects referred to them by Narvar
  • Conduct regular check-ins for pipeline planning, and quarterly business reviews to drive progress against joint business plans, while ensuring partners are getting positive ROI
  • Work with marketing to publish success stories, and to implement joint go-to-market campaigns that support lead generation and achieve revenue goals
  • Liaise between agencies and Product team to progressively unlock agency capabilities
  • Monitor P&L of Agency program to ensure net positive EBITDA impact
  • Support development of an agency program that creates a balanced value exchange, and sets our partner ecosystem up for future scale

What we are looking for

  • 5+ years working with digital agencies, full stack dev shops, and system integrators
  • 3+ years experience within the retail tech industry, ideally at a SaaS start-up or scale-up
  • Strong grasp of ecosystem-led growth models, with ability to deploy multiple tactics that drive partner-influenced revenue when selling to enterprise and mid-market retailers
  • Self-starter and creative problem-solver with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a collaborative, fast paced, team-first culture
  • Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" to understand first-hand the challenges experienced by partners and internal teams as part of scaling our Agency business
  • Familiarity with agencies that serve the major eCommerce platforms, e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite, Shopify, Magento

The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location.
