Narvar is growing! We are hiring a Compliance Project Analyst to assist the compliance lead with all compliance initiatives, such as SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, PIPEDA, CCPA, ISO 27001, and ADA at Narvar to ensure governance across our global suite of products. 

The Compliance Project Analyst will also be responsible for all vendor risk management oversight and manage security risk assessment for vendor intake and renewals. The Compliance Project Analyst will help balance our legal and compliance requirements with our customer’s needs, and our company’s values, and assist with cross functional internal audits. In this role, you will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.

Day-to-Day 

  • Assist in managing compliance programs and evidence submissions with successful on-time delivery during audits
  • Communicate with stakeholders on updates related to compliance initiatives and how it might impact the business
  • Manage the vendor security risk assessments and ongoing compliance requirements during onboarding and renewals
  • Assist in developing newsletters for the different compliance initiatives
  • Assist in process improvement for all compliance initiatives across the organization
  • Assist with the internal audit functions for SOC2, HIPAA,ADA, GDPR, CCPA and ISO 27001 and any other legal or regulatory initiatives 
  • Assist with customer privacy or security questionnaires on compliance topics, as needed
  • Facilitate ongoing risk and compliance initiatives and monitor control effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors throughout compliance assessments
  • Support automation efforts across the Compliance function

What we are looking for 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 8+ years of Project Management experience within Compliance or similar field (strong understanding of audit related activities) 
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex implementations in cross-functional, cross-organizational settings
  • Good understanding of SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001 and ADA
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and consistently meet all deadlines and maintain high quality output while working on multiple projects and/or tasks
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, leading meetings and project discussions
  • Experience working in a SaaS environment and working knowledge of common SaaS tools 
  • Detail oriented, outstanding planning and organizational skills
  • Will need to work at least 2-3 hours overlap with US Central Standard Time at least 3 days a week (maybe more, and especially more during audit time)
