Narvar is Growing! We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in retail and SaaS to help drive customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a deep understanding of demand generation tactics and digital marketing channels. Initially, this role will be an individual contributor position, with the opportunity to grow and lead a team of demand generation experts.

What you will do

  • Deploy Customer Acquisition Campaigns: Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed directly at customer acquisition, aligning tightly with Narvar's overarching business objectives. Ensure these strategies are adaptable, targeting high-value customer segments for optimal reach and impact.
  • Collaborate for Targeted Messaging: Work closely with the product marketing team to craft and refine messaging and content that speaks directly to potential customers.
  • Optimize Performance Using Acquisition Metrics: Analyze and report on key marketing performance metrics with a special focus on CACs, CPLs, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of acquisition channels. Utilize these insights to continuously refine and optimize customer acquisition strategies.
  • Enhance Customer Journey Mapping: Map out detailed customer journeys to understand and optimize every touchpoint in the acquisition process. Identify opportunities to reduce friction and enhance the customer experience from initial awareness through conversion, ensuring a smooth and efficient path to purchase.
  • Experiment with New Acquisition Channels: Constantly seek out and experiment with new and emerging channels and technologies for customer acquisition. 
  • Budget Management and Cost Optimization: Develop and manage acquisition marketing budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness and efficiency in spend. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration for Synergy: Foster strong collaborations across departments to ensure marketing strategies and campaigns are integrated and aligned with sales, customer success, and business development efforts. This synergy will ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and long-term customer value.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on retail and SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and demand generation tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with senior leadership.
