Narvar is growing! We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Regional Sales Vice President to drive revenue for our Healthcare division. You will take ownership of revenue generation, develop new opportunities, manage pipelines, create and execute account strategies, and close deals. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of our offerings, as well as the strategic thinking to drive a complex sales process. We are a global, rapid-growth, profitable start-up.

Day-to-day

  • Develop a strategy and sell directly to targeted accounts
  • Manage and grow your assigned targets through strategic sales techniques
  • Work with senior management and corporate counsel to negotiate and deliver signed contracts
  • Identify and close new opportunities for growth, including cross-sells
  • Generate leads, engage in conversations, conduct sales via phone, Zoom, and in-person meetings
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in salesforce.com while creating satisfied and referenceable customers 

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience with a proven track record for prospecting and closing new business
  • 1-3+ years sales management experience
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution to companies in the healthcare vertical that have an e-commerce presence - (e.g. companies that ship medical devices, pharmaceuticals, etc.)
  • Skilled at coaching, closing, forecasting, and reporting
  • Track record of consistent achievement/overachievement of team enterprise sales quota
  • High sales acumen and a passion for coaching, leading, and building teams
  • A focused, passionate, and high-energy leader who is excited about the opportunity to directly impact the sales organization and help shape GTM strategy
  • Experience in an emerging business category or challenger-style selling is strongly preferred
  • Experience multithreading into accounts, and engaging with senior-level executives to pitch value
  • Fanatical about customer care and tenacious at solving every problem with a smile
  • Experience within e-commerce or selling directly to e-commerce
