What we’re looking for

Narvar is looking for a rock star Executive Assistant to support our CEO. You will be working on various administrative, logistical, and project-related activities to enable our CEO to maximize his time. As the right-hand man (or woman!) to our fearless CEO, you’ll be working with the hottest retailers and get front row insight into a high growth SF based startup.

Our ideal candidate is incredibly organized, extremely detail oriented and is a pro at developing and maintaining relationships. You are super multi-tasker, a quick learner and comfortable talking to just about anyone. Above all, you are passionate about customer experience and love our product!

 Responsibilities

  • Manage extremely busy executive calendars, prioritize appointments and contact requests, resolve calendar conflicts, and negotiate rescheduling as necessary
  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Assist with coordinating both internal and external quarterly meetings, off-site and special events
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements (logistics), including transportation, accommodations and travel itineraries
  • Prepare/draft presentations, emails, and communications
  • Provide assistance with expense reports
  • Maintain trusting relationships with the Executive’s customers, team, and contacts
  • Exercise strong judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years experience supporting a Senior Executive or C-level member
  • Extensive experience with the arrangement of complex schedules and logistics, across multiple time zones
  • Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization, and process
  • Interact professionally and build relationships with executives of all levels, prospects and internal team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, manage priorities, and accurately set expectations
  • Excellent common sense and ability to make solid judgment calls autonomously
  • Ability to be proactive and anticipate next steps
  • Ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs
