About the Role:

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be dedicated to shaping our overall brand appearance and our brand design system while collaborating closely with teams across the company like marketing, sales and product.

You'll be a core member of the design and the marketing team — brainstorming, coordinating, and collaborating frequently in order to bring to life Nansen’s brand across various touch points like our website, social media, ad campaigns, and printed media. You will be encouraged to craft outstanding visual solutions, and extrapolate shared patterns and behaviours into reusable components for our brand design system.

This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Own the evolution of the Nansen brand design strategy, as well as ensure our brand identity reflects Nansen brand strategy and elevate all forms of visual communication to ensure consistency across the board
  • Creating, improving and maintaining Nansen brand guidelines while being responsible for their evolution.
  • Design engaging landing pages and collaborate with our marketing team to achieve concise and clear messaging.
  • Establish a tight-knit, collaborative environment with our product design team to ensure product and brand design consistency across all product lines
  • Own the end-to-end process of creating the design for marketing materials, including but not limited to web design, videos, print collateral, etc. 
  • Manage all design-related projects with our external agencies from start to finish, and ensure the project status is clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders

Are you the right person for this role?

  • 5+ years of working experience 
  • Great written communication skills in English
  • Hands-on experience owning the brand design strategy for a fintech company
  • Deep knowledge of the latest and greatest design tools and trends
  • A strong ability to think outside the box and ingest creative ideas to improve visual communication constantly
  • Experience with web design and a basic understanding of web technologies.
  • Design enthusiast with a high command of visual and strategic design principles including design layout, scalable systems, wireframing and prototyping

  • Manage all design-related projects with our external agencies from start to finish, and ensure the project status is clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders
