Nanopath is a well-funded Series A-stage company working to develop a first-in-class in vitro diagnostics platform to revolutionize the way we diagnose disease. Nanopath works to disrupt existing lengthy molecular testing methodologies by bringing them closer to the patient. We aim to improve the lives of patients, starting with women, using our purpose-built tool that provides actionable information within a single office visit.

The company is headquartered at The Engine, the premier tough technology incubator in the Kendall Square ecosystem. As a company, we are committed to health equity and the design of solutions for underserved populations and low-resource settings. Corporate sustainability – both environmental and social - is at the forefront of our decision making.

Nanopath is in the process of scoping several projects with initial examples listed below. We welcome candidates to also bring in their ideas for exciting and valuable objectives.

Commercial Projects:

  • Lead next-level customer segmentation and outreach efforts. This will require getting a meaningful and nuanced understanding across the decision making paradigm: practitioners, providers, payors, and patients.
  • Identify market access requirements for a breakthrough diagnostic product. This will involve going beyond the existing reimbursement landscape and going deep into the process and requirements for new and enhanced access and coverage.
  • Identify key go-to-market channels for a breakthrough diagnostic product. A potential deliverable for this would be a playbook for the requirements, timeline, process, and key differences across channels to guide our strategy.

Operations Projects:

  • Review best-in-class solutions for scaling back-office operations including, but not limited to: payroll, accounting, FP&A, taxes, EHS, procurement, and more.
  • Lead new initiatives for maximizing efficiency, compliance, and minimizing errors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Right-size best practice frameworks for early stage implementation. What are the 2-3 things a Danaher Business Systems or Six Sigma expert would implement at our stage?
  • Develop a roadmap for future growth and understand key inflection points.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of the healthcare delivery value chain including suppliers, distributors, providers, and payors.
  • Experience in cross-functional and highly collaborative work environments.
  • Unafraid to dive into new topics and rapidly become an internal subject matter expert.
  • Passionate about Nanopath’s mission for developing a purpose built solution for women’s health.
  • MBA degree program or comparable education experience
