LINE COOK (PM Service)

Compensation: $19-22 per hour (this position shares in tip pooling!)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Line Cook, you'll be an integral part of our culinary team, working alongside our chefs to cook and serve delicious food. Your responsibilities will include mastering various cooking stations and ensuring that every dish is prepared to our high standards. You'll become proficient in our recipes and processes, serving as a reliable resource for both our team and our guests.

In the role of Line Cook, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, working together with our chefs to uphold the highest standards in our scratch-based restaurant. Your passion for cooking delicious food will be evident as you learn and eventually master various cooking stations, ensuring each recipe is prepared consistently to showcase the best of the season. You will work alongside and inspire those eager to share their love for cooking. YOU WILL:

  • Prepare, mix, and cook a variety of foods using our recipes as a guide and your tastebuds as validation.
  • Learn and work across different kitchen stations, enhancing your skills each day.
  • Support the team during all service times, helping out as needed.
  • Handle multiple tasks in the kitchen, standing and moving for extended periods.
  • Uphold Naked Farmer's food safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Meticulously handle, prepare, and produce food while maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness. 
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, dedication, and precision to deliver consistently high-quality food in our fast-paced culinary environment.

  • Ability to meet the job's physical demands, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodations.
