Nacelle is searching for a Head of Partnerships to join our fast-growing team. The role reports to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for defining the strategy and overseeing the execution of our Partnerships and Strategic Alliances channels. The ideal candidate has experience scaling an eCommerce technology Partnerships program from the ground up, and can apply those skills and experience to help us accelerate the impact of our Partnerships Team at Nacelle.
Lead our overall Partnerships strategy
Directly manage and push forward initiatives with our strategic Alliances
Manage Technology and Agency Partner Managers to their OKRs
Own and beat a Partner pipeline generation OKR
Define and execute 2-3 year strategy for Partnerships and Channels
Develop Agency Partner onboarding and certification program
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on technology partnerships
Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of demonstrated success in Sales and/or Partnerships roles
Experience building a world-class Partnerships team from the ground up
Experience managing and executing a strategic project with an Alliance partner
Highly collaborative nature and a team player with a “do-er” mentality
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Past hyper growth startup experience

Experience in eCommerce
Technical expertise to understand dev/integration docs and collaborate directly with Product and Engineering teams
