The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. As the first demand generation hire, you will be the expert and go-to person responsible for building our demand generation strategy and processes from scratch.

A results-oriented marketer with seasoned skills in inbound and outbound marketing for building brand awareness, increasing lead generation, launching into new markets, promoting our products and establishing customer loyalty.

This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and will be a high-visibility member within the company making an immediate impact. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs across paid channels and media, content syndication, webinars, emails, nurture programs, offline, SEO and more
  • Develop and execute innovative, short- and long-term, multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline, build brand awareness and establish customer loyalty
  • Use targeted messaging, segmentation and proper distribution channels to ensure content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time 
  • Own, monitor and continuously optimize campaigns for best results
  • Become an expert in Nacelle’s offerings and value adds specific to our target audiences
  • Further develop existing customer personas and the buyer’s journey
  • Lead and implement continuous testing strategies across all channels
  • Optimize our website and existing content for conversions and best practices
  • Partner with sales to ensure quality lead delivery, proper follow-up and sales enablement. Continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes
  • Work with the content team in content development to target consumers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Manage marketing automation and lead funnel management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
  • Measure, report and forecast on campaign and marketing success
  • Manage demand generation budget and tools and assure buy-in from key stakeholders 
  • Identify new markets and demand gen tactics to encourage business growth

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Tech/SaaS company experience
  • 5-7+ years of proven work experience as a Demand Generation Manager or similar role
  • A proven track record of success with executing demand gen programs
  • Marketo/marketing automation and Salesforce/CRM experience
  • Hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience developing compelling messaging across all channels
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible for last-minute changes or requests
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • The capacity to work independently, collaboratively and cross-functionally
