We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Recruiter to join our team. As the first talent acquisition hire, you will be the expert in crafting sourcing strategies across various channels including relevant job boards, social media, referrals, and more.
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Identify, source, and screen technical, non-technical, and executive level top tier talent
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Work directly with hiring managers to help coordinate all aspects of recruiting
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Produce detailed reporting for organization and Leadership team around recruiting efforts
Meet aggressive hiring goals
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience
Experience managing a team of 2+ recruiters or coordinators
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to adjust content and tone for different audiences
Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environment
Comfortable making decisions independently and collaboratively
Excellent research, time management, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing strategies
Build relationships and create a meaningful candidate experience
