The Role

The Senior Warehouse Associate, Inbound at Nabis is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager and Supervisor in a wide variety of important functions such as picking, packing, inventory and quality assurance. This role will be key for associates to drive up DOTIF for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist in loading and unloading product into vans
  • Oversee and assist in processing product intake
  • Warehouse organization
  • Paperwork, printing, labeling - METRC & Dispatch
  • Inventory cycle counts
  • Occasional communication with brands/clients
  • Possible driving routes when needed
  • General assistance of Operations Managers

Requirements:

  • Associates degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
  • Ability to work occasional evening/weekend shifts
  • Cannabis experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • Exceptional customer service skills
