The Role
The Partner Success Associate, Accounts Receivable's primary role is to act as an extension of the Partner Success Manager (PSM), actively aligning the goals of our brands and retailers with the day-to-day operation as well as supporting the Finance and Accounting team with payments and collections. Heavy focus on email composition among various other communication platforms. 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute several inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats
  • Monitor communications to help keep other departments informed and responsive
  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to champion partner needs and drive towards solutions 
  • Support customer success managers with ad-hoc projects that improve partner success
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate channels
  • Provide white glove support to both internal and external Nabis Partners, such as brands, and retailers

 

Desired Skills & Traits:

  • Strong communication - timely communication across all platforms (phone, Front, Slack) and ability to determine most effective kind per situation and ability to determine the most effective kind per situation as well as correct grammar, spelling, and tone
  • High level of patience and empathy for Nabis Partners
  • Ability to communicate between departments with humility and understanding
  • Experience with de-escalation and client retention
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of payments/collection.
