The N2 Company is looking for a highly collaborative, engaging individual who loves interacting with clients and creating lasting and meaningful relationships. Our full-time, entry-level Client Care Coordinator will help our new Corporate Publications team by building and maintaining relationships with new and established advertising clients.

N2 is a growing company based in Wilmington, North Carolina, though most of our team members are currently working from the comfort and safety of their homes. Our team designs, prints, and ships more than 800 monthly publications across the country. Our mission is to help small businesses win every day. The right candidate for this role will have the organizational skills to manage deadlines for multiple publications, be friendly and outgoing, and possess outstanding communication and customer service skills. As this is a 100% remote, work-from-home position, positive energy and a positive attitude are a must, as is the ability to self-manage.

In a typical day, you would:

• Onboard new clients and welcome them to the company.
• Maintain client engagement by proactively building relationships with advertisers.
• Work with clients to collect advertisement assets by our deadlines.
• Upload advertisements into our in-house database by our deadlines.
• Manage emails, deadlines, and ads for 6-10 publications at the start.
• Funnel any leads to our sales team.
• Contact clients for renewal opportunities.
• Handle and mitigate cancellation requests.

To land this gig, you need to:

• Have the ability to manage multiple deadlines per month.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Engage with and have the ability to build relationships with anyone across the U.S.
• Be comfortable speaking to clients and dealing with client concerns via phone and email.
• Respond to clients in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members.
• Have solid familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, as well as familiarity with Google Workspace, including Google Docs and Google Sheets.
• Be a self-starter and self-motivated.
• Be consistent with and able to follow all of our standard processes.
