*this role is open to remote working within Sydney. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (Sydney) on occasion.

Please note that this role is being offered on a 10-month fixed term contract.

The role in a nutshell

This is a great opportunity for an outstanding, highly driven individual who has strong experience looking for new business, delivering commercial targets, developing and fostering client relationships and pitching for proposals from brands who want to build an AFFINITY with the Gen Z audience. 

Working with the biggest brands in the business direct, supported by affiliate partners & media agencies, this individual will take to market the full UNiDAYS product portfolio as the world’s number one Student AFFINITY Network globally. This will be an individual contributor role.

Day to day responsibilities 

  • Be accountable for driving partner acquisition and high value long-term partnerships set up for success on the UNiDAYS network.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally by sharing new ideas and best practice as you accelerate growth for UNiDAYS.
  • This role will be responsible for ensuring day to day sales operations are efficiently driving partner acquisition activity and conversion, utilising Salesforce dashboards and data to maximise sales activity through the pipeline from lead gen to conversion - understanding the metrics and ratios.
  • Ensure the establishment of positive, productive relationships and provide leadership to obtain maximum partner revenue and attain corporate objectives.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key Partner stakeholders and executive sponsors such that all UNiDAYS activities are closely aligned with the Partner business case and business strategy.
  • Provide deep knowledge and insight to our internal teams in order to drive creative and long term improvements to our platform offering.
  • Have a deep understanding and excitement for how to connect and market to Gen Z/Students.
  • Reporting results to senior managers on a frequent basis.
  • This role will require your resilience, proactive approach and exceptional communication. You have the energy and motivation to drive results in a dynamic and changing environment.

What we need from you

  • This role is for a very ambitious, dynamic and driven individual who has experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media, with a proven track record of solution focused selling. 
  • Someone who can grow the partner base, has experience with partner/agency/affiliate management, business development and negotiations.
  • A deep understanding of the e-commerce industry with a focus on the tools and technologies that enable ad serving, insights/surveying, philanthropic marketing, and retail/in-store experience will help you succeed here at UNiDAYS.
  • Team players are essential, as you will collaborate cross functionally and be supported by the broader Commercial team to deliver the most crucial commercial partnerships at UNiDAYS globally.
  • Experience selling to C-levels and VP’s that hold brand and advertising budgets will be beneficial as our new Business Director.
