The Role In A Nutshell

As CRM Manager you will be responsible for supporting fulfilment of direct, multi-channel marketing campaigns based on data driven insight. You will work across segmented and highly-targeted campaigns that will engage our UNiDAYS and GRADLiFE members in Australia and New Zealand. You will monitor and evaluate campaigns, offering suggestions and strategies for future campaigns to reach their full potential.

This role sits within the ANZ Marketing team with a reporting line into our Creative Services Director ANZ and a consultative line into the CRM team in the UK. You will ensure all campaigns deliver against the overarching regional and Marketing strategy; to increase audience engagement, daily active members (DAM) and performance for our brand partners, and improve user retention.

Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging and accurate communications in line with the trade marketing calendar for a seamless member journey
  • Planning, briefing and implementing all marketing CRM communications
  • Managing partner sold inventory and campaigns
  • Tracking and reporting on CRM performance and using learning to shape future campaigns
  • Monitor and maximise customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
  • Customer Journey Mapping: analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising commercial opportunities
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
  • Monitoring and tracking daily marketing campaign performance, and implementing corrective actions when necessary
  • Monitoring and reporting on key KPIs on a weekly basis. Sharing test results and leveraging stakeholder input to improve the customer experience and drive future testing ideas
  • Analysing performance to inform changes and drive recommendations to hit KPIs
  • Be a driver of test and learn; ensuring testing, data and research are at the heart of all decision making
  • ANZ representative in strategic global CRM conversations (initiatives, commercial pricing etc.)
  • Consider, test, implement and share learnings on re-engagement and retention strategies with global stakeholders
  • Ownership of regional CRM inventory and key liaison with ANZ Commercial team 
  • Supporting to define the global CRM marketing strategy

What We Need From You

  • Experience working within a CRM marketing role, with a track record of successful campaigns or marketing activity 
  • Rich background in re-engagement and retention strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment
  • Ability to autonomously manage multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Experience working with an international or global brand is beneficial
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely across a range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable challenging others, being challenged, and bringing people on board with you to achieve common goals
  • A natural curiosity to discover and share with others
