The ANZ region requires the services of an experienced, highly motivated and results driven New Business Director to support the Commercial Team and their business objectives. 

Big thinking, passionate, hands-on operator needed for this exceptional role with the world’s largest student affinity network. This is a role for someone who thrives on a challenge; a strong strategic sales professional, highly analytical, who can inspire the wider team and work with key stakeholders across the business to get behind a major growth strategy. 

Reporting to the General Manager (subject to change as the Commercial team grows in region), you will develop and optimise the regional business development pipeline and partner acquisition strategy for UNiDAYS. This role is fully accountable for driving partner acquisition and high value long-term partnerships for the ANZ region, supported by a local team of marketing and commercial professionals in partnership development. You will grow the UNiDAYS partner base and their success on the network. This will include working in conjunction with the wider regional teams in marketing, partner development and production, as well as global functions like Product, Data and Strategy. You will be sharing new ideas and best practice as you accelerate growth in Australia and New Zealand, and more widely, the APAC region. 

This critical role will be responsible for ensuring day to day sales operations are efficiently driving partner acquisition activity and conversion, utilising Salesforce dashboards and data to maximise sales activity through the pipeline from lead gen to conversion - understanding the metrics and ratios. 

This is a role for a very dynamic and driven individual with the ambition to make a real mark on a business, with a strong understanding of the Australian market. Someone who can grow the partner base and grow member engagement from relevant brand acquisition. In the role of New Business Director, you will collaborate and be supported by the broader Commercial team to deliver the most crucial commercial partnerships at UNiDAYS with the ANZ region.
