Job responsibilities include serving as a design lead on digital engagements, including conceiving and owning design activities, and guiding teams through UX/UI processes. Being able to self-actualize, quickly get up to speed on project and design systems and defend design decisions is a must. The UX/UI Designer will work closely with our strategy team, creative team and vendors in the following ways:
  • Develop and design UX frameworks, user flows, wireframes, prototypes and refined experiences iteratively with a strong foundation in UX and UI. 
  • Responsible for translating business objectives into intuitive workflows and designs. 
  • Design and create user interfaces, mockups and workflows aimed at maximizing user experience. 
  • Perform usability tests and analyze the results to gauge the consumer’s experience and feature success as it relates to business needs. 
  • Write thorough UI design specifications and style guides. 
  • Partner with Project Manager and Development Team to plan out implementation strategy.
  • Ensure UX/UI best practices and drive improvements in designs and methodology. 
  • Communicate with excellent aesthetic and an influential voice to shape and position ideas for customer impact.
  • Present your work to internal and client teams.
  • Possess a thorough POV on craft, tools and process. 
  • Propose optimizations and creative approaches to systems that can cultivate impact for users’ needs.
  • Facilitate design workshops with stakeholders.
  • Clarify and define success metrics for client and business impact.
  • Lead and manage small project tracks autonomously.
  • Schedule, QC and deliver work in its final stages.
  • Creating optimized design patterns and recommendations from user research, insights and functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in prototyping using tools such as InVision, Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Design, communication design, multimedia design or a similar field preferred. 
  • 5 + years of experience as a UX-UI designer.
  • Experience with UX software: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop. 
  • Proficiency with InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus. 
  • Graphic Design experience.
  • Competency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
