Your mission in a nutshell

We are looking for an experienced Sales account executive to join our Sales department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Your responsibilities

  • Take over the qualified prospects and drive online demos with the prospects;
  • Position yourself and myskillcamp as a valuable ally;
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge;
  • Participate actively in the sales strategy, playbooks refinement and pricing evolution;
  • Work closely with the On-boarding and Customer engagement team to drive the sales cycle especially during the trial phase;
  • Take responsibility for the daily management of the Sales CRM across your clients;
  • Document and track opportunity progress in our Sales CRM, whereby you keep detailed notes on prospect interactions and provide forecasts over relevant time periods;
  • Systematically monitor and report customer, market and competitor activity to help refine the playbooks;
  • Represent the company at conferences, events and customer meetings;
  • Be a brand enthusiast for myskillcamp.

Your day-to-day challenges

  • Reach your monthly and quarterly individual targets.
  • Reach out to companies in new markets to build enough sales pipeline to open a new country.
  • Create a culture of excellence within the team bt sharing your success stories but also your fails in order to improve each others.

Our requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting or key account management, ideally with a first experience in the SaaS industry;
  • You are well disciplined and have excellent time management skills and you can work independently as well as with a team.
  • You are results-driven - you do what it takes.
  • You have a proactive approach.
  • Perfect knowledge of business-level English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Embrace change, be part of that change and not just accepting it.
  • You have the “hunter” spirit which means you have an inner drive to get out there and a strong focus on closing deals.
