About The Role:  

In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for communications throughout the sales organization and between sales and other departments.  As Sales Coordinator you’ll provide clarity and guidance to sellers and aligned resources on policies, procedures, products, orders and deliveries, and provide critical sales support in the areas of scheduling and reporting. 

Additional Responsibilities include:  

  • Acquire and integrate into docs and critical client data, training material, and financial data into reports and systems  
  • Support sales leadership and larger sales organization with sales support activities  
  • Maintain and update relevant Professional Services and Service sales opportunity records  
  • Communicate important customer feedback internally  
  • Develop and publish weekly/monthly sales reports and prepare updates for the weekly sales team meeting presentation  
  • Schedule and manage logistics for sales related trainings and outings  
  • Coordinate and manage the annual sales kickoff agenda and sales leader contributions  
  • Support ad hoc project work and special events

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Customer service rockstar with superb communication  
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment 
  • Experience as a sales administrator and/or sales support coordinator a plus 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred
