Myriad360 is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated sales professional with 3+ years of sales management experience to lead our rapidly expanding Business Development Representative (BDR) organization. This position focuses on scaling our BDR team while developing a new generation of sales talent with a clear path from BDR to Account Executive in our fast-paced, growing environment.

About The Role:

As our Business Development Manager, you will be a hands-on player-coach who both actively develops business and leads a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs ). You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that consistently exceeds pipeline generation goals. You'll personally manage and close deals while mentoring team members through practical guidance and direct involvement. The ideal candidate has successfully managed teams of top performers and can effectively coach, mentor, and drive performance to support overall sales growth and client satisfaction.

Active Business Development

  •  Personally manage and close high-value business opportunities
  •  Maintain your own pipeline while supporting team activities
  •  Demonstrate effective techniques through your daily work
  •  Consistently meet or exceed your personal targets
  •  Collaborate with your team on complex opportunities

Hands-On Team Leadership

  •  Lead by example in calls, meetings, and negotiations
  •  Provide real-time coaching during actual business activities
  •  Conduct joint meetings to model effective techniques
  •  Jump in to assist with challenging situations
  •  Create a collaborative environment where team members learn from your approach

Team Performance Management

  •  Set realistic but challenging targets for individual team members
  •  Track performance metrics for both your work and team activities
  •  Provide specific, actionable feedback based on observed behaviors
  •  Address skill gaps through targeted coaching and demonstration
  •  Balance your personal targets with team development responsibilities

Other responsibilities include:

  •  Scale and manage a high-performing team of BDRs who consistently overachieve on aggressive goals
  •  Own and drive execution of new business pipeline goals through analysis of top-of-funnel metrics and pipeline quality
  •  Build strategic partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Partner Management teams
  •  Successfully collaborate on marketing campaigns, field events, and stretch pipeline goals
  •  Optimize business efficiency and accelerate ramp time to productivity
  •  Ensure your team has a comprehensive understanding of Myriad360 solutions and services
  •  Attract, hire, develop, and retain exceptional BDR talent
  •  Execute on a career path to transition high-performing BDRs into Account Executive roles

Desired skills and experience:

  •  Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience managing B2B BDR teams
  •  Proven track record of excellence leading high-performing teams in a fast-growing technology company
  •  Strong passion for developing sales talent early in their careers
  •  Deep sense of ownership, accountability, and passion for your work
  •  Strategic mindset balanced with tactical execution capabilities
  •  Reputation for being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable
  •  Data-driven approach with strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  •  Experience with Salesforce.com and ability to build reports to track team deliverables
  •  Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach preferred
  •  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment

Must be based in the United States.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $200,000- $210,000, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
