About The Role

Myriad360 is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Field Services to lead and elevate our Field Services team. This leader will drive operational excellence, scale field services capabilities, and ensure exceptional delivery across all engagements. The ideal candidate will combine a strategic mindset with hands-on expertise to mentor and inspire the team, establish best practices, and build scalable, high-performing service operations that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for Field Services to support Myriad360’s rapid growth and expanding client base.
  • Develop scalable service delivery models, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify and implement industry-leading tools, processes, and methodologies to drive efficiency and quality.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the Field Services team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training and development programs.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent to expand the team’s capabilities and readiness for future growth.

Operational Excellence:

  • Standardize and optimize processes to improve field service operations and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure team performance, service delivery, and client outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational goals.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Lead escalations, ensuring resolution and maintaining client trust and satisfaction

Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in field services, service delivery, or operations within a technology or services-driven organization.
  • At least 7 years in an executive or senior leadership role, with proven experience in leading and scaling teams.
  • RCDD or DCDC certification required
  • Deep expertise in IT infrastructure, network solutions, and/or field engineering services.
  • Deep understanding of copper and optical cabling methods and standards
  • Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in data center buildouts
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into action.
  • Track record of implementing scalable processes, tools, and systems to support growth.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
  • Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization.
  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

 Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP), ITIL, Lean Six Sigma and/or CDCDP.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in industries such as cloud computing, telecommunications, or managed services.
  • Experience with Nvidia sales
  • Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to recruit top-tier talent.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $260,000- $270,000 base plus opportunity for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
