About The Role:
Myriad360 is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) team. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client base by leading a team focused on setting up meetings with potential new clients. This position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of the technology industry, leveraging our diverse portfolio of cybersecurity, data center infrastructure, networking, cloud, and AI solutions.
Other Responsibilities include:
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve individual and team goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance, ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define and execute the business development strategy for acquiring new clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine the business development approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their technology needs and challenges.
- Drive the process of setting up meetings with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations.
- Represent Myriad360 at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads.
- Work closely with strategic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to develop joint business plans and strategies.
- Leverage OEM partnerships to enhance Myriad360's product offerings and provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Coordinate marketing and sales efforts with OEM partners to drive mutual business growth and market penetration.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align business development efforts with overall company objectives.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to assist in the development of marketing materials and product/service offerings.
- Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section.
- Other duties as needed.
Desired skills and experience:
- Minimum five (5) years of relevant business development experience in the technology industry
- Prior experience in managing and leading teams in a people management role
- Industry experience in the channel at VAR/OEM/Distributor preferred
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Must be based in the United States

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $125,000 – 145,000, plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
