You are an advanced Salesforce Admin who keeps pace with seasonal releases. 

About The Role:

You will support the Director of Revenue Operations & Technology and work closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, Marketing, Engineering, IT, Developers, and Data. Collaboration will focus on improving Revenue Org KPIs through people, process, platforms, data, and communication. You will be part of a cross-functional, talented team, who will help you to learn by doing in the areas of data analysis, sales operations & strategy, project management, and platform integrations. This role provides the flexibility to seek out new projects.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Salesforce administration
  • Sales Process Improvement
  • Sales tools assistance, troubleshooting, and feature backlog
  • Tier 1 reporting and data support
  • Commission planning and administration
  • Documenting and training on changes to process and platforms
  • Meeting with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement
  • Any other assigned duties and tasks as required

Desired skills and experience:

  • Advanced Salesforce Admin
    • Lightning experience
    • Working knowledge of all “clicks not code” functionality
  • Experience at a VAR, OEM, distributor, or other field in the IT industry
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with the following platforms or any in the same class:
    • Sales: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, ConnectWise Sell, Salesforce CPQ
    • Data & Integration: Celigo, Troops, DemandTools, PowerBI
    • Financial: NetSuite ERP
