Position: Senior Quantitative Analyst

Compensation Target: $150K - 170K + Discretionary Performance Bonus

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Analyst! 

The Senior Quantitative Analyst will be responsible for driving forward the performance and operations of MyPlanAdvocate’s top-priority projects. This person will leverage extensive data insights, identify opportunities, enhance real-time reporting, optimize user experiences, and address operational gaps.  

This person will be responsible for identifying issues and opportunities throughout our different vertical funnels, from traffic acquisition to Medicare policy enrollment, including auction dynamics to partner needs and more. The role will include strategy & collaboration related to online consumer acquisition, retention, marketing, product development & business development. 

YOU WILL:  

  • Assist in crafting a comprehensive quantitative marketing strategy. 
  • Drive towards financial goals by ensuring key milestones are met. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in analytics, engineering, business development and executive leadership to meet business objectives. 
  • Work closely with sales, product, traffic, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and success in cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Own and drive independent and cross functional analysis projects.  

YOU ARE:  

  • Exceptionally analytical and comfortable with making data-driven decisions. 
  • Deeply interested in online consumer behavior.
  • Proficient with data analysis tools; required: SQL, R, Python. 
  • Comfortable in cloud environments such as Azure/AWS/GCP. 
  • Hungry to work hard, learn fast, and be a key business leader. 
  • Incredibly curious, never satisfied with status-quo. 
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experienced designing and executing A/B tests. 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a ‘figure it out & get it done’ mentality.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter.
  • Producer of reliable and regular reporting functional analyses with guided outputs.
  • Cross-functional project management expertise.

QUALIFICATONS

  • 3-5 years previous experience in an analytically rigorous role, specifically in lead-generation or fast-paced digital marketing analytics. 
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required.
