About the team

The Ethnic wear category is one of the focused categories of the platform which is poised for tremendous growth in terms of business and team structure. The team requires an Intern (Associate/Manager) role who can be a good fit to the team and instrumental in driving different projects for Ethnic wear category.

Roles & Responsibilities

Role :

  • Ramping up Premium wear with addition of Craft-based National Brands, BTL/Affordable Designer Labels & Potential D2C Brands 
  • Day to Day update Selection / Inventory Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management and Stakeholder Management.
  • Selection Curation and VOB Benchmarking end to end.
  • VPL Selection Scale-up (Affordable Designer-wear) in Right Price Buckets.
  • Monitoring Visibility and Monetization performance.
  • Day to Day check on Inventory Health in (2000-10000) ISP bucket.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidate should have 4+ Years of experience 
  • Should have a minimum career break of 1 year at present
  • Preferred from Fashion e-com or retail background
  • Proficient in Advance Excel
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on experience with analyzing data and making forecasts.
  • Analytical and critical thinker
  • Takes complete end-to-end ownership of the task
