About Team
You will be a part of the MFB Marketplace team, which is one of the key levers to drive topline
revenue growth for Myntra’s in-house brand portfolio. As a part of this role, you will be
responsible for interacting with sellers that have hosted their inventory via a marketplace
model, and helping them scale on the platform. You will be a part of the larger Myntra Fashion
Brands (MFB) team, a 5000+ cr fashion house, which focuses on delivering best-in-class lifestyle
products to all kinds of Indian consumers.
Roles & Responsibilities
Interacting regularly with the MFB seller ecosystem, to understand their pain-points and
providing quick solutions.
Working with brand teams to build the right kind of selection via marketplace sellers, with
the right price-points and product attributes.
Enabling sellers to capitalise on platform-side opportunities to gain as much scale as
possible such as opt-in to incentives, advertising investment etc.
Working with sellers to optimise their fashion selection to help it match pockets of
customer demand
Building templates, dashboards in Excel for operational reporting, as well as ad-hoc analysis
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in business development / reporting / business intelligence roles in a
dynamic environment
Strong analytical & Excel skills – knowledge of SQL is a plus
Experience working with fashion brands / manufacturing is a plus
Quick learner, hard-working and dedicated with ability to work in dynamic work
environment
Team player, high level of cross functional coordination required, stakeholder management
Comfortable working over weekend (compensatory-offs will be given)
