over 25 brands, catering to different lifestyle needs of consumers, from Jeanswear to Streetwear,
Western to Ethnic, Accessories to Footwear across all genders and age groups. Our portfolio of
brands cater to all consumers Men, Women, Youth & Kids. The latest addition in our portfolio is the
launch of Inner wear, Personal care &soft lines for home needs.

consumers and their preferences, the overall movement of key trends, and new opportunities. The
team uses an indigenously-designed tool called Vorta to guide overall buying and design
decisions.
Some of our private, in-house labels include Dressberry, Roadster, Mast & Harbour, Anouk, and
Ether, and also include our celebrity-owned labels such as HRX by Hrithik Roshan, All About You by
Deepika Padukone, WROGN by Virat Kohli, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities
 Research and knowledge of all relevant Brands Internationally. Ability to study Trend Forecast.
 Ability to amalgamate Past data and Future trends, combining it with Brand aesthetic
 Contribute in seasonal concepts development and Style Direction.
 Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate tool.
 Sense of Color and proportion. Graphic/ Prints and Yarn-dyeds.
 Travelling to Artisan locations and get things done, understanding their pain points.
 Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans. Season Looks.
 Responsible for creating detailed tech-packs that illustrate design and construction details
with high accuracy
 Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development.
 Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team.
 Fabric/print/surface design follow up and approvals
 Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines
 Contributing well researched ideas to support Catalog and marketing for the brand.

Qualifications &  Experience

 NIFT / NID Graduate with 3-5 years of work experience (Mens Specific)
 Passionate for Design, Mature Aesthetic, Creative and understands Quality.
 Technical understanding of Textiles Knits & Woven (Count/Const/Finishes)
 Knowledge of Pattern Making and Garment Construction.
 Organizational skills that includes Timeline Management/Team Player.
 Very high knowledge of Garment Quality and Finishing.
 High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & other design tools.
 Empathy that leads the design language with the use
