Roles & Responsibilities

  • Creating seasonal concepts with strong graphics, hand-drawn illustrations , sketches etc.
  • Skilled in Trend Analysis, Forecasting, designing and Market research.
  • Research on latest design trends and analyze key trends. Create designs adhering to the brand’s identity and data as per season.
  • Managing Graphic design for the Mens & boys category.
  • Help develop  seasonal concepts with strong graphics inputs.
  • Should be a team player and able to work with teams to achieve organizational and brand goals efficiently.
  • Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate color/prints.
  • Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans.
  • Responsible for creating detailed tech packs that illustrate design and construction details with high accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development.
  • Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team- Fabric/print/surface/design follow up and approvals.
  • Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+years’ experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMS
  • Demonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability.
  • Responsible for creating graphics. This is a critical component of everyday work.
  • Good understanding of knitwear category. 
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
  • Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
  • High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
