Roles & Responsibilities
- Creating seasonal concepts with strong graphics, hand-drawn illustrations , sketches etc.
- Skilled in Trend Analysis, Forecasting, designing and Market research.
- Research on latest design trends and analyze key trends. Create designs adhering to the brand’s identity and data as per season.
- Managing Graphic design for the Mens & boys category.
- Help develop seasonal concepts with strong graphics inputs.
- Should be a team player and able to work with teams to achieve organizational and brand goals efficiently.
- Creating sketches based on seasonal concepts and rendering the same with appropriate color/prints.
- Maintaining line sheets for seasonal range plans.
- Responsible for creating detailed tech packs that illustrate design and construction details with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with Buying and Sourcing teams for effective design development.
- Conduct fitting sessions in collaboration with Tech team- Fabric/print/surface/design follow up and approvals.
- Execute timely on seasonal calendar deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+years’ experience and Grad/Post-grad from NIFT/FMS
- Demonstrates high level aesthetics and creative ability.
- Responsible for creating graphics. This is a critical component of everyday work.
- Good understanding of knitwear category.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars
- Ability to handle work independently with minimal supervision
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
