Accessories is strong growth portfolio for FFO business Contributing to ~22% to the Private label business. Looking out for a dynamic candidate as a Senior Manager who would be a good fit to the team and lead the business.
Role:
- Lead the business for Accessories in the relevant category & verticals with focus on growth and increasing category share.
- Develop & manage good working relationships with seller partners, cross functional teams and enable range building for business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Understand target market & develop a right product mix in line with the target customer for each brand x vertical.
- Manage top tier seller partner base for growth and problem solve for obstacles.
- P&L accountability for the category – Manage & reduce costs to ensure category hits top line as well as bottom line targets being CM +ve.
- Selection - OTB planning & management, Inventory management, Assortment planning, Budgeting, Range planning & Buying, Demand & trend forecasting, markdown planning to achieve AOP / GM / CM targets.
- Analysis - In season & Post season data driven analysis on parameters like plan vs achievement, GOLY, top style analysis, vertical PP level share, sell thru etc.
- Manage a team of competent managers (buy & sell) to deliver on targets planned.
- Category visibility planning & interventions – plan brand level promotions & launches.
- Identify gaps in product offerings & subsequently introduce / on-board new sellers / categories.
- Cross Functional Capabilities: Should be able to fruitfully coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance / commercial, Category, Central Site Merchandising and other functions of the organization.
- Supervision and Monitoring of Operations: Should have prior experience or enough knowledge & confidence to manage merchandising operations, inventory health management, delivery speed optimization.
- Good knowledge of trends & Products to aid in developing range for Portfolio.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6-10 Years of relevant experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace environment (Accessories exp is preferred).
- Willingness to learn, innovate, take risks.
- Good decision-making abilities, strong stakeholder management
- Customer centric, creative & analytical problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a team & collaborate with others while demonstrating leadership skills.
- Should be good at multitasking & critical thinking.
