Associate Design - Roadster Denim Design
 
Job Description 
1. Conduct market research and trend analysis to build seasonal concepts and trends every season.
2. Design and develop seasonal collections of Denim category products adhering to current trends and brand Aesthetics.
3. Create Moodboards, Techpacks, Artworks and Trims for seasonal and QTM collections.
4. Collaborate with cossfunctional teams including sourcing, Buying and Rawmaterial and trims 
5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target customers
6. Adhere to delivery timelines of all the processes involved from concept to product go live.
7. Involve in regular analysis of product catalogue and contents and stay up-to-date with emerging trends.
8.Proficiency in Adobe creative cloud specifically Illustrator and photoshop.
9. Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
 
Experience 
2-4 yrs preferably with experience in denim wear design
